Please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase before making a purchase. During the purchasing process, you are enabled to use services and content on our website, by which you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter: General Terms and Conditions of Purchase) and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them, and that you accept that the use of this website is solely for personal use and at your own responsibility.
Registration – procedure for setting up and creating a username.
Username – a set of resources and information under a unique name (login), where user data and information related to the user’s activity on the e-marketplace are collected.
User – a seller or buyer who has been granted access to the services provided on the marketplace in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
Seller – a legal entity or registered entrepreneur acting for purposes related to its economic activity, trade, business, craft, or profession, who undertakes sales activities or sells goods on the marketplace.
Buyer – any natural or legal person who undertakes activities for purchasing or purchases goods on the marketplace.
Goods/Products – items, services, or rights that are the subject of an offer on the marketplace.
Offer – a proposal to conclude a sales contract for goods/products under conditions determined by the seller, including price and description of the offered goods/products, using the functionalities available on the marketplace.
Services – the possibility for the seller to use the platform www.1market.mk
to sell goods and for the buyer to purchase goods/products from the seller, as well as all other functionalities related to these services.
Transactions – procedures for concluding and executing contracts for the sale of goods/products between users and the seller.
Complaint/Objection – if, in the user’s opinion, the services that should be provided under the General Terms and Conditions are not provided by one of the contracting parties or are not provided in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the user may submit remarks in the form of a complaint/objection.

• Conditions of Purchase
The buyer may purchase on the website as a registered user (registration via email, Google account, or Facebook account), by providing the necessary information for completing the purchase and delivery of the goods.
The registration and purchasing process is simple and requires entering personal data to start registration. Registration is free of charge and provides certain benefits, such as time savings (faster checkout for future purchases, saved delivery address), full insight into order status, easier access to and review of all previous orders and purchase confirmations, the ability to create a wish list, etc.
The registration form is completed only once, and each subsequent login is made through the already created profile.
Purchases on the website are allowed for legal entities or individuals who can pay by payment card. Bank transfer payments are not available.
If the purchase is made using a company/entrepreneur payment card, 1 Market and the Bank are not responsible for tax or other legal obligations related to the payment transaction or the underlying legal activity, nor for any other taxes and/or charges that may arise in connection with the provision of services or delivery of goods.
During the purchase process, the consumer declares that they are familiar with and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
After completing the order process, the consumer receives an Order Specification via email, confirming that the order has been processed. Once the ordered goods are confirmed as available in the warehouse, the order will be confirmed and the consumer will receive a Purchase Confirmation via email. At that moment, the sales contract is considered concluded and the delivery process begins.
Only adult consumers may purchase products through the website. When ordering, the consumer must confirm that they are of legal age. Purchasing or delivery of products by minors is not permitted. 1 Market is not responsible for purchases made by underage consumers.
• Product Description and Sale Price
The product description, its main characteristics, and the sale price are displayed next to each product image. If the delivered product does not match the description on the website, the consumer may submit a complaint or return the product.
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the trader is obliged to display the sale price in a clear, visible, and legible manner next to the product description and to comply with the displayed prices and sales conditions.
All prices displayed on the website are final and include VAT. Prices are listed and charged in Macedonian denars. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are charged additionally.
• Payment for Selected Products
One payment method is available:
Payment by card
All prices on the website include VAT.
Payments can be made using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, or Diners cards. The card must be enabled for online payments by the issuing bank.
Your card details are never accessible in our system.
During payment, the following information is required:
Card number
Cardholder’s name and surname
Card expiration date
CVV2/CVC2 code
The entered data is used exclusively for communication between the cardholder and the issuing bank. The online merchant has no access to or insight into the transmitted data.
Note:
In case of order cancellation or cancellation of individual products, funds will be refunded within 14 days to the card used for the purchase.
• Product Delivery
After the order is placed, the delivery process begins. The courier delivers the shipment to the buyer’s address between 08:00 and 16:00. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address.
If the courier cannot find you at the address, they will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery time. If the courier fails to deliver the package on the second attempt, the shipment will be returned to us.
The delivery period is 3 to 5 business days.
• Delivery Costs
The delivery fee is 200 MKD per delivery, not included in the product price, and is paid directly to the courier service.
• Complaints
The delivered product must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If visible damage is noticed (damaged parts, dents, etc.), it must be reported immediately to the 1 Market contact center via email at contact@1market.mk
or by phone.
To process a complaint, please send an email containing:
Order number
Description of the issue and a photo of the damaged product
Complaints without the required information are considered incomplete.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with declaration and box.
Complaints are accepted exclusively online. In-person complaints are not possible for online orders.
• Product Returns
Products may be returned only under the conditions prescribed by the Law on Consumer Protection.
A buyer who made an online purchase via 1market.mk has the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery date, without explanation and without additional costs, except for return shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by submitting a statement using the withdrawal form provided electronically by email at the time of purchase, or by any other unambiguous method. The completed and signed form must be sent to contact@1market.mk
. Upon receipt, 1 Market will confirm acceptance.
The buyer must return the product without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form.
Refunds for card payments are processed exclusively via Visa, EC/MC, or Maestro, meaning the bank will refund the amount to the cardholder’s account.
• Consumer Complaints / Objections
Complaints and remarks may be submitted via email at contact@1market.mk
or by mail to the address stated above.
• Commercial Warranty
The warranty certificate is issued in written or electronic form. If the product is sold with a warranty, 1 Market is obliged to provide the warranty certificate. By accepting these Terms, the buyer agrees to receive warranty certificates electronically by email.
• Direct Marketing
Consumers may subscribe to receive notifications about new products, trends, and special offers during registration or by entering their email on the homepage.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and 1 Market is obliged to respect such withdrawal.
• Personal Data Protection
“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Personal data is processed solely for order fulfillment and customer communication purposes. 1 Market commits to protecting customer privacy and collecting only necessary data.
Data is accessible only to authorized employees and protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures. Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for delivery services.
Users have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or object to the processing of their personal data and may withdraw consent at any time.
• User Blog
1 Market reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, defamatory, or offensive.
All transaction-related information is considered a business secret and treated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
• Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
1 Market holds exclusive copyright over the website and its elements. Unauthorized use constitutes a copyright infringement.
Content may not be modified, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Dispute Resolution
The parties agree to attempt amicable resolution of disputes. If unsuccessful, the courts in Skopje, applying the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, shall have jurisdiction.
• Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers may resolve disputes through out-of-court procedures in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.
• Validity and Amendments
These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase enter into force on 01.01.2026.
1 Market reserves the right to amend these terms in accordance with business or legal changes and will publish all changes on its website.
